Port Huron, MI – Christine King has been named Port Huron Hospital’s Employee of the Month for April. King, who resides in Avoca, has worked at Port Huron Hospital since 2004. She is currently in the Admission Access department.
King was recognized by her peers for consistently demonstrating the values of Port Huron Hospital. Those who nominated her said she is a great asset to Admission Access. Christine keeps the department running smoothly with her positive attitude and great organizational skills. She treats patients and customers with compassion and care, making them feel like family. She takes great care in ensuring the quality and integrity of her work.
Sara Tait has been named the Employee of the Month for May. Tait, who resides in Croswell, has been with the Port Huron Hospital Foundation since 2001, and is currently the Major Gifts Specialist.
Tait was recognized by her peers for consistently demonstrating the values of Port Huron Hospital. Those who nominated her said she has an ability to engage people and make them feel welcome. She consistently volunteers to help her coworkers with events, meetings and committees, and is a great ambassador, community advocate and resource for Port Huron Hospital.
