My McLaren Chart will make it easier, because recent visit information, medications, allergies and care instructions are kept for you in your own personal electronic chart. My McLaren Chart will allow you to review or print information using your desktop computer, tablet or smart phone. All of the information comes from your electronic health record at McLaren Port Huron. It’s will be always up-to-date and accessible whenever you need the information – 24/7.
