1 package of Chef Shell's Vivacious Vanilla Fruit Dip Mix
1 16 ounce container of low fat sour cream
1 cup of canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
In a large bowl mix together thoroughly all ingredients. Refrigerate for 1/2 - 1 hour. Serve with ginger snaps, vanilla wafers or graham crackers for a light and tasty harvest dessert. Refrigerate leftovers.
If you do not have Chef Shell's Vivacious Vanilla Fruit Dip Mix on hand, put an 8 ounce package of softened cream cheese and 2 cups of powdered sugar in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Then follow the directions from the original recipe.
