24 ounce jumbo pretzel
2 ounces of liquid butter
4 ounces of mozzarella cheese
3 ounces of shredded parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of garlic and herb seasoning
About 1 tablespoon of parsley for garnish
3-4 ounces of grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Microwave pretzel for 2.5 minutes. Add all seasons then add all cheese except grated parmesan. Place the pretzel in a broiler until the cheese is golden brown. Tak out of the broiler and add the parmesan cheese and parsley for garnish. Usually served with 8 ounces of nacho cheese.
