Hummus - Greek Style

1 15 ounce can of chick peas
1 lemon
1 sprig of fresh oregano
handful of fresh flat leaf parsley
1 garlic clove
salt
2 tablespoons of tahini paste
extra virgin olive oil
kalamata olives

Combine chick peas, the juice of the lemon, oregano and parsley in a food processor. Mash garlic and add along with the tahini paste. Process hummus, drizzling in the olive oil until smooth. Stir in chopped olives.

Enjoy as a dip with veggies like cucumbers, peppers and carrots. Also great with pita chips.
