6 wedges of Laughing Cow light cheese (any flavor)
3 tablespoons of reduced fat parmesan cheese
4 teaspoons of reduced fat sour cream
1/2 cup of non-fat milk (enough to reach desired thickness)
Fresh ground black pepper
1 clove of garlic (optional)
If using garlic, finely chop or process through a garlic press and saute in a small sauce pan. Add cheeses and sour cream to the garlic and cook over low heat until smooth and creamy. Add milk until preferred thickness is reached. Add pepper to taste. Makes 4 servings. Only 92 calories per serving.
