Grilled Chicken with Salsa

Grilled Chicken with Salsa  Recipe - Enjoy!Ingredients:

Diced Tomatoes-             ½ cup    
Diced Onion (purple)        ½ cup
Diced Green Onion          ¼ cup
Diced Green Chilies        ¼ cup
Cilantro chopped             ¼ cup
Chopped Garlic               ¼ cup
Basil                              1 Tsp.
Lemon Juice                   ¼ cup
Cayenne Pepper              1 Tsp.
Salt & white Pepper         To Taste

1.  Grill chicken breast for approximately 10 minutes turning on both sides,
      until there are no pink juices and an internal temperature of 165 degrees
      is reached. 

2.  For Salsa:
     Mix all of the above ingredients into a bowl.  Let sit and refrigerate. 
     It is best if made a day in advance.

3. Serve chicken on a plate and top with fresh salsa.
