Low Fat Pulled Pork

6 pounds Pork Tenderloin
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic (2-3 cloves)
½ Cup Olive Oil
24 Ounces Chili Sauce
1 Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Mrs Dash
¼ Ground Mustard
¼ Cup Chili Powder
1 Cup White Wine
2 dashes Tabasco Sauce

Place Pork in a baking dish and add about ½ inch of water and cover.  Put in 300 degree oven and bake until the thickest part of the pork is 150 degrees.  Remove and let rest about 20 minutes.
While the pork is resting, add all BBQ sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and heat.
To pull the pork, cut into 3 pieces and shred with hands into serving pan.  Pour heated sauce over pork, mix well and serve on a bun.
