• A quaraterly publication which outlines services and programs
• Access to and discounts on a variety of programs and health screenings
• Free insurance counseling to help with confusing Medicare and supplemental insurance statements or bills
• Discounts at Port Huron Hospital Pharmacy Place,the Port Huron Hospital Grove Cafe, and Port Huron Hospital Medical Equipment
• Discounts in the Port Huron Hospital Grove Café for relatives of 55 Plus members who are hospitalized

Port Huron Hospital 55 Plus programs and services are now located in the Port Huron Hospital Erie Street Building at 1131 Erie Street in Port Huron. The Erie Street Building is at the corner of Kearney and Erie Streets on the hospital's main campus. Many people know this building as the "fountain building" because of the fountain located out front.

This location provides 55 Plus members and individuals who take advantage of programs, screenings and services, with:

• Professional, consistent space for meetings and programs
