Working on Wellness at Port Huron Hospital utilizes America on the Move as an activity program with the aim of improving your quality of life.

America On The Move
Sign up for America on the Move on line and stop by Employee Health Services to get a free pedometer if you have not yet received one. The following is the information necessary to sign you into the program as a Port Huron Hospital Moment Maker:
- Go to: www.americaonthemove.org
- Click: “Join Now”
- Select: “Individual” registration
- Enter Group Registration Code: 3 letters followed by 5 numbers - RPO25270
- The next screen should say Port Huron Hospital Moment Makers
Follow the on line directions from there. If you have any questions please call Kathy Napolitan at 3120. There is no cost to you. They will send you e-mails to encourage you on your way and you can sign up to record your steps on a path in one of the national parks.
