The Capac Community Health Center opened in downtown Capac in 2000.
- Primary and urgent care from family practitioners Norbert Conrad, DO and Loren DeCarlo, DO
- Port Huron Hospital lab services
- Port Huron Hospital wellness classes and health screening programs
Hours:
8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday
Port Huron Hospital's four community health centers provide convenient access to physicians right in your neighborhood. Located in Capac, Lexington, Marysville and Yale, the centers each have a Community Health Team composed of area residents who give advice and guidance regarding the development of programs and services that best address the health needs of their communities.
