One of four operating roomsThe Lang Health Library provides patients and visitors with a variety of resources to learn more about illness, health and staying healthy. There are more than 750 books, 150 videos and 60 physical models and charts that individuals may use for research. Many of these are available in both English and Spanish. The library also has two online Internet access computer stations for those who would like to do more extensive research.

The main entrance, shared by the hospital and the Wismer Health Center, includes a covered drop-off area for those entering. The atrium lobby is two stories high, providing a quiet spot for people to relax amidst trees, flowering plants, and the sound of gently flowing water.

A second garden area in the lobby surrounds the Skylight Café where visitors may sit and enjoy a respite with a cup of coffee, tea or a cold drink or snack.
