If any individual has concerns about safety or quality of care provided in the hospital, he or she is encouraged to contact the hospital's Senior Management, or our Compliance Values Line at 1-800-273-8452.
If the concern cannot be resolved through the hospital, the individual is encouraged to contact The Joint Commission. TO CONTACT JOINT COMMISSION, YOU MAY CALL 1-800-994-6610 or email complaint@jointcommission.org. No disciplinary action will be taken if an individual chooses to call, and the call can be kept anonymous.
Working on Wellness (WOW) is an initiative to help Port Huron Hospital employees make healthier choices. WOW is the overall program that includes, America on the Move, health risk assessments, health club sign up, health screenings, classes offered through Women’s Wellness or 55 Plus, such as yoga and weight loss, smoking cessation, Lunch & Learns, Weight Watchers at Work, EAP, annual physical exam through NGS insurance, etc. Plus, Food Services has also added a WOW Choice of the Day to the menu, as well as include nutrient information on other selections. All employees are welcome to join.
